All Egber batteries have warranty time. Although their time is a little differnt according to their differnt kind and model. Our warranty is 1 year for all valve regulated lead acid batteries, gel batteries, deep cycle batteries and front terminal batteries , and 3 years for OPzV and OPzS series batteries, and 5 years for lithium batteries. We will replace any product that failed to operate due to manufacturer defect, defective materials or other technical defects. A refund for the price of the product will be processed if the battery (or a suitable equivalent) is no longer available.
The warranty period is counted from the delivery date of the battery. Products damaged during transportation must be claimed within a 5-day period after goods received.
Please store and use the battery correctly when you receive Egber battery. Certainly you could also feel free to contact us when help you need during usage or maintenancing of Egber battery.
Warranty Exceptions
Our warranty does not cover products that failed to operate due to improper usage, usage in extreme conditions or inappropriate charging. Products damaged by short circuits or defective applications are not covered by the warranty. Tampering with the product (externally or internally) in any way will void the warranty.
