All Egber lithium batteries have 5 years warranty from the date of purchase. If Egber lithium battery has any quality problem, we will repair or replace the battery to the customer for free.

To submit a warranty claim, please feel free to contact us. The battery may need to be shipped back to Egber battery factory for additional inspection if we can not identify the problem.
Customer is responsible for the costs of shipping returns or warranted components for inspections. Proper shipping packages are needed to comply with lithium battery shipping regulations. Some lithium battery shipments may require special documentation and package, which may incur additional fees.
If you have any issues with Egber Lithium Batteries, please contact us for technical support. If Egber technical department determines the battery needs parts or additional diagnostics , we will ask the battery be returned. If within the warranty period the battery will be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer.
This limited warranty is to the original purchaser of the Battery and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Please get in touch with the place of purchase regarding any warranty claim.
The Manufacturer has no obligation under this Limited Warranty for Battery subjected to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Egber lithium battery warranty does not cover a battery that has reached its normal end of life due to usage which may occur prior to the end of the full Warranty Period. If the battery is cycled more than once a day ,the battery could reach its “end of life” prior to the expiration of the warranty. During inspection, Egber new energy technology co.,ltd reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the battery is found to be at its normal, end of life, even if within the Warranty Period.
